YOLA Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal brand co-founded by Yola Jimenez, Gina Correll Aglietti, and musician Lykke Li. Yola Jimenez, inspired by her grandfather's mezcal recipe from Oaxaca, Mexico, established the brand to produce authentic mezcal using traditional methods and to support women-run businesses in the region.

Subtle smokiness with hints of roasted agave, citrus, and fresh herbs on the nose. On the palate, a smooth, creamy texture with flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, and a touch of caramel!
