Do you host private events?
Yes, we do! If you’re interested in renting our space or hiring our team to host a tasting event (virtual or live), email us at email@example.com to check availability. Private event hosting rates vary depending on the season, but currently start at $3500 for up to 3 hours and up to 20 people in the shop and $4500 for up to 3 hours off-site hosting.
Do you do in-store tastings?
Yes we do! Follow us at @flaskandfield for our upcoming weekend tastings and events! Tastings are always free and you must be 21 or older to join!
Do you have more than one location?
We have one location at ROW DTLA! You can find our location and business hours here.
Do you offer discounts?
We very rarely offer discounts, but, from time to time, we offer promotions and specials on our products! Thank you for understanding and respecting the prices we set. We are an independent retail business with razor sharp margins. Unlike big box stores, we are not able to buy in bulk. We are curators and our goal is to help you find the best products to maximize your enjoyment. We price our products with an eye towards covering our costs and paying our team fair and sustainable wages.

Same day delivery fees typically range from $25-$75.
Am I able to request delivery on a specific date?
Yes, but for local courier service only. We are not responsible for nor can we guarantee FedEx delivery times although we will do our best to advise you if you have questions. What happens if my order is not delivered?
If your order is not delivered or is lost/stolen/missing for any reason, reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will help sort it out. If an incorrect delivery address was given or if apt/suite/# details were left out at checkout, you will be responsible for paying re-delivery fees. We will always do everything we can to help make it right and make sure your order is delivered successfully. Your patience and understanding is always appreciated in these circumstances.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to most states. We do NOT ship the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Utah and Oklahoma. This list is subject to change based on current federal and state laws.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to offer this service in the future!

Do you offer custom gift boxes?
You can find all of our current signature Flask & Field gift sets here. Our signature Flask & Field gift sets are made to order and have been pre-curated for aesthetic, fit, price and unboxing experience. We respectfully decline requests for substitutions.
We can help you create a one-of-a-kind custom gift, starting at $350. Email our team at email@example.com to get started. This is a great option for special occasions, VIP clients and special experiences.
You can always add gift wrap to any item (or group of items) for a $5 fee (which includes a gift bag with tissue paper, blank note card and envelope!
Should I let the recipient know that a gift is heading their way?
It’s always helpful to our delivery team when the recipient knows a gift is arriving, but ultimately, it’s up to you! Our drivers will leave the gift in the safest place possible unless you have agreed to re-delivery fees if the recipient is not home.
I just placed an order for a gift and realized I’d like to upgrade/make changes. Is it possible to upgrade or make changes to an existing order?
