Wavy Wines Le Gris 2022

"LS GRIS" is a 13-day skin contact wine. Organic farming. Grapes were co-fermented together in stainless steel vats. After the 13 days the tanks were drained and the wine was  into neutral oak and stainless steel barrels. After a few months of settling the wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur.
