Tasi Valpolicella Superiore DOC is a vibrant, food-friendly red made for lively dinners with friends—especially if there’s a BBQ involved. Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and a touch of Oseleta, this wine comes from hillside vineyards at 400m altitude, where calcareous marls and clay shape its depth and character. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in large concrete tanks for 12 months before bottle aging for six, it delivers bright red fruit, subtle spice, smooth tannins, and a fresh, balanced finish. A perfect match for Veneto’s classic "pasta e fasoi" or anything sizzling on the grill. And the name? “Tasi” is Veneto dialect for “shut up”—a playful reminder to sip, savor, and let the wine do the talking!
