Tanca Nica "Soki Soki" 2022

In the Pantelleria dialect, "Soki Soki" refers to soil that is abundant in sand and pumice. The Zibibbo vines, aged over 80 years, span 11 distinct parcels. Each parcel's grapes are vinified separately, and the wines are blended together only at bottling. Maceration varies based on the skin thickness and the grapes' ripeness, lasting anywhere from a single day up to three weeks.
