Silvio Messana Ghazii

Ghazii by Silvio Messana is 100% Sangiovese, organically grown in Barberino Val d'Elsa. Grapes are naturally fermented in tanks without sulfur, then undergo secondary fermentation with reserved must for its bubbles. The name Ghazii  is a nod to Messana’s North African heritage - ghazi means “sparkling” in Arabic and ghazii is a nickname for anti-colonial fighters.
