Pungjeongsagye Winter Soju

This spirit is made with a nuruk recipe from the royal court of the Joseon Dynasty. It has been distilled in a traditional alembic still then conditioned in a Korean earthenware vessel called Onggi. Pungjeong Sagye Winter is truly artisanal soju. It is hand crafted from start to finish by master brewer. It offers complex aroma of savory grain notes with botanicals. The texture offered seamless and smooth mouthfeel!
