Crafted from Ponzi's sustainable Avellana and Aurora Vineyards, along with Paloma Vineyard in Laurelwood District AVA, the 2019 Laurelwood Chardonnay undergoes whole-cluster pressing and native yeast fermentation in French oak. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and lees stirring contribute to its floral, crisp, and balanced profile, culminating in a ginger-honey finish after 20 months of barrel aging.
