Oka Kura Japanese Bermutto Sake Vermouth

We are obsessed with this vermouth! Japanese Bermutto created from a base of Junmai Sake that is infused with local citrus, bitters and spices from indigenous herbs. Using 100% rice and only crystal-clear water from the Kuma River, Tsutsumi Distillery is tremendously respected for their ability to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation.

This vermouth is so light, fresh and delicious. It’s good enough to sip on its own and we highly recommend doing so! Notes of ripe, juicy white peach, yuzu, sansho pepper, lychee fruit and cara cara oranges, with just enough of a soft bitter edge. We also love it in a martini, with Etsu Gin and fresh lemon peel for garnish.
