La Vivas Sobre Vista Chardonnay 2022

These vines perched on a steep hillside on an east - facing slope that receives the first rays of the morning sun and cools off during the hottest part of the day as the sun crests over the mountain. Grapes are direct pressed. Tank settled for 24 hrs then racked off of gross lees. Fermented in stainless steel tank until dry then aged in neutral oak barrel for 1 year. Versatile and elegant with crips citrus notes and gentle oak influences. A premium sip worth the splurge!
