They use locally grown barley, most of which is grown on the East coast of Scotland where the climate is better suited for barley specifically. The making of this whisky takes time and is extremely labor intensive! Some say it’s priceless (and we agree!). The 12 Yr is such a special bottling that reveals a silky smooth marshmallow-y, marzipan, butterscotch moment that will haunt you for life.
