Their 2022 Sangiovese, aptly named “Vibration,” embodies the winery’s philosophy of balance and integrity. Sourced from old Italian vines, the wine showcases a fresh profile without sacrificing the grape’s natural power. Half of the grapes are fully foot-tread and layered under whole bunches to create a unique, staggered fermentation that enhances flavor extraction and aroma. This careful process produces an unfined,  unfiltered, super vibrant expression of Sangiovese. Vibration is brimming with juicy red and black cherry notes, hints of purple florals, sweet earth, and a savory touch of raw ‘nduja, Raise your vibration!
