Johan Vineyards' 2022 'Maceration' Orange Wine is a biodynamic blend of 32% Grüner Veltliner, 26% Ribolla Gialla, 24% Kerner, and 18% Friulano. Crafted through extended skin-contact fermentation, this wine exhibits a structured body and expressive aromatics. Expect complex notes of citrus, apricot, and subtle spices, complemented by smooth, dusty tannins that provide a unique textural experience. The wine's bright acidity and earthy undertones make it a versatile companion to a variety of dishes!
