Herencia Mexicana Tequila Blanco

Tequila Herencia Mexicana starts with the careful selection of blue agave plants, sourced from "Los Altos de Jalisco" (The Highlands). In this area, the agave plants benefit from hot and sunny dry periods, followed by heavy rainy seasons, and a fertile soil, high in minerals, which produces richer and higher quality agaves, taking 7 to 10 years to reach full maturity. The process of harvesting the 'sons' of the agave mother plants and replanting them for new growth, ensures the quality and consistency used for this tequila. 

On the nose, this blanco has notes of key lime and citrus, as well as herbal, peppermint tones. The palate hints at black pepper and shades of pineapple, sweet orange, and strawberry guava.
