Luc Devot has had a diverse career path, starting as a chef for seven years, followed by three years as a fisherman. He then transitioned into music and education before discovering his passion for winemaking. Luc honed his craft through internships with several renowned winemakers in Roussillon, including Loïc Roure of Domaine du Possible, and spent three years working alongside Philippe Wies at Domaine de la Petite Baigneuse. In 2017, he created his first vintage and now cultivates 4 hectares of vineyards around the village of Montner in southern France's Roussillon region.

His wine, Goulou Goulou dans la cave, is a product of carbonic maceration (also known as "carbo") of Syrah, and reflects Luc's primary goal: crafting a juicy, spicy, and drinkable wine.
