Gaspard Cabernet Franc 2021

This fresh and fruity Cabernet Franc from Touraine gets its name from the winemaker’s favorite cat—just like the feline, this wine keeps you on your toes! Made from organic, 50-year-old vines, this wine remains on it’s grape skins for 6 weeks, with elevage taking place in cement tanks to soften the wine. The result? An easy drinker, with a kick of character.

Dark cherry, raspberry, undertones of graphite, and a touch of herbaceous green bell pepper. A symphony of bright berries and earthy tones are pulled together by racy acidity and a fresh finish.
