Aged for 5 years in bourbon barrel! ETHICALLY SOURCED & DISTILLED IN BELIZE.

Single-column distillation at Traveller’s Liquors in Belize, a country located south of Mexico and east of Guatemala. The rum is aged for 4 to 6 years in Bourbon barrels. Full and delicate with notes of chocolate, coffee and grilled bananas. Perfectly balanced - never too sweet with hints of vanilla and pear. Sip neat or make a Dark & Stormy (see recipe below)!

FAIR RUM Dark & Stormy Recipe

1 2/3 oz FAIR® Rum XO
2/3 oz fresh lime juice
1/3 oz sugar syrup
2 dashes of Angostura or aromatic bitters, shake all 4 ingredients
Pour over ice cube in a highball
Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge
