Domaine Morin Langaran, located in the Languedoc near the Bassin de Thau, practices sustainable farming across 60 hectares. They prioritize aroma and freshness preservation by night harvesting and use immediate pressing, cold settling at low temperatures, aging on fine lees with batonnage, and maintaining high CO2 levels for reduced sulphites. Established in 1330, the Morin family, winemakers since the 1800s, took over in 1966. Caroline Morin, the current winemaker, emphasizes the terroir's finesse and minerality in her wines.
