The brilliant couple, Laetitia Ourliac and Rodolphe Gianesini, bought a neglected but gorgeous 15 hectare plot of vines surrounded by woods and olive trees in Escales. In 2004, under the tutelage of Burgundy’s Fred Cossard, they converted to organics and never looked back.

Wild strawberries, grapefruit zest, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs come together in this vibrant, mineral-driven rosé. Fresh, light, and full of coastal charm—it's like a cool breeze on a sun-soaked day. Perfect with oysters, grilled veggies, or simply good vibes.
