Vincila, a cuvée from the emblematic terroir of Fontimple on the Cône de la Font des Papes, is produced only in years when the quality of the harvest is exceptionally high. This wine blends 60% Grenache, planted in 1947, with 40% Syrah, planted in 1960, reflecting its deep roots in tradition. The vinification process of Vincila emphasizes elegance and silkiness, achieved after maturing for many months in concrete vats, and is noted for its serious complexity and aromatic depth. The result is a wine that pairs ideally with hearty dishes such as a beef stew, where its serenity and complexity can truly shine.
