Made using white koji , Den Blanc is a new expression of sake--zesty acidity, gentle sweetness of rice with a refreshing finish. Den Blanc makes an exceptional sipper and pairs beautifully with raw oysters, seafood, salads, and lighter dishes with a citrus flavor component.
