Produced in the ancient Gabruac Castle cellars near Barcelona, these wines are made from local Catalan varietals. This white blend is made with Macabeu, Xarel-lo, Garnatxa, and Malvasia, and vinified in stainless steel and concrete tanks using indigenous yeasts. Azimut signifies Assis' commitment to sustainable agriculture and support for the local organic farming community, offering approachable, easy-drinking wines with a depth of experience in natural winemaking.
