Founded in 1985 by the Oudin family in Chichée, near Chablis, Domaine Oudin prioritizes high-quality viticulture and organic practices. With 10 hectares of Chardonnay vines, they focus on minimal intervention, producing wines that express the terroir's freshness and finesse. Fermentations are natural, and aging occurs in stainless steel tanks, with minimal sulfur and bentonite additions. Their Chablis, known for its white flower and fresh fruit aromas, has a minerality and acidity that bestows elegance and structure.
