Camazotz Oaxacan Rum

Made by Maestro Leoncio Gaspar in the eastern highlands of Oaxaca. The juice of the sugarcane, grown without pesticides, is pressed by hand then fermented using wild airborne yeasts. Distilled in small batches in a copper alembic still, bottled un-aged with no additional ingredients.
