For this vintage of their orange wine, Breaking Bread set out to add more depth and complexity by blending in equal parts Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc with the Muscat Blanc base. The Chardonnay adds weight and texture to the palate, while the Sauvignon Blanc lifts the wine with fresh acidity and bright aromatics.
