Founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, a skilled bartender and herbalist, the Bordiga distillery in Torino, Italy, remains renowned for its handcrafted vermouth, gin, and herbal liqueurs. Using local botanicals and the original copper pot-still from its inception, Bordiga continues to follow Pietro’s time-honored recipes. The herbs used, such as gentian, juniper, and chamomile, are handpicked from the nearby Alps by local mountaineers at peak potency, ensuring the highest quality infusions.

Bordiga’s Aperitivo, an artisanal bitter liqueur, features notes of aromatic herbs, bitter orange, and rhubarb, and is perfect in classic Italian cocktails like the Spritz or with soda water.
