Bichi El Prince Tinto

From one of our most customer-requested wineries, Bichi El Prince 2023 is a vibrant chillable red crafted by the Téllez family. Made from a mystery blend of heirloom grapes, the wine is fermented with native yeasts in concrete tinajas and aged briefly in steel and neutral oak. Light and fresh, it offers bright red berry flavors, subtle herbs, soft tannins, and a mineral finish. Founded by Noel Téllez, a former lawyer turned winemaker, Bichi focuses on organic, biodynamic practices that highlight Tecate’s unique terroir.
