Bernard Rémy Grand Cru Brut NV

Bernard Rémy Grand Cru Brut NV

Champagne Bernard Rémy, founded in 1968, has gained recognition in the recent grower Champagne resurgence. Located in Allemant in the Cotes des Blancs, the estate has expanded to 11 hectares, including Grand Cru areas, practicing hands-on viticulture. Though labeled as Négociant Manipulant (NM), they farm leased vineyards themselves, overseeing all aspects of viticulture. Specializing in Chardonnay from limestone soils, they've also added Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vineyards, aiming for diverse soil structures. Rudy, mentored by his father Bernard, now leads the estate, offering a range of sophisticated, reasonably priced Champagnes that balance richness with subtlety.

The Grand Cru boasts a sparkling gold hue, exuding elegance and refinement. Its nose reveals subtle citrus aromas, which are echoed by a fresh and lively burst of flavor on the palate. This Champagne is full-bodied and structured, with an astonishingly long finish.
