Azimut Rosé Cava

The rosé version of our favorite Cava! A blend of the native Catalan varieties Garnacha and Monastrell, given a very short maceration for a pale pink hue and some fine berry aromas. Dry and crisp, with no dosage added. Indigenous yeasts, no fining. In Catalan, the name AZIMUT means the line between the sun (energy) and the sea (calm).
