This is a rosé that’s effortlessly cool - elegant and fresh, with a sense of ease that doesn’t try too hard. Produced by Albet i Noya, pioneers of organic winemaking in Spain, it comes from certified organic vineyards in the heart of the Penedès region.

The Mediterranean breeze and limestone-rich soils play a big role here, helping the Garnacha and Pinot Noir grapes develop vibrant acidity and delicate aromatics. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract just the right amount of color and flavor, setting the tone for a beautifully balanced wine.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to keep the juice crisp and focused, and a short aging on the lees brings just enough roundness to soften the edges. That subtle creaminess adds depth without weighing the wine down, allowing the fruit to shine through. It’s a thoughtful, precise style of rosé that still feels relaxed and approachable.

In the glass, you’ll find soft red berries, citrus zest, and a touch of minerality. Light and lifted, but never simple, it’s a wine that knows exactly what it’s doing!
