Ajornada Cachaça is unlike anything you've ever experienced before! It starts with fresh pressed sugar cane juice, never any by-product or additives. All sugar canes are aged 12-18 months and hand cut with a machete. Cachaça pre-dates rum, with a rich tradition and history - and it is still the most popular spirit in Brazil!
