Wavy Wines Botanicals Red Vermouth from Sonoma Valley, California is California’s playful, refreshing take on a classic red vermouth! Think deep flavor but easy sipping. Vermouth is a fortified, aromatized wine flavored with botanicals, herbs, spices, and sometimes bitter elements, traditionally used in aperitifs and cocktails but completely worthy of its own spotlight. Wavy's Botanicals Vermouth is made from a blend of red grapes (including Sangiovese, Merlot, and Zinfandel) and a thoughtful mix of herbs and spices that give it bold, aromatic personality.  You’ll notice rich red fruit character up front (brambly berry and juicy plum) balanced with spicy herbal notes and a gentle bitterness that keeps it lively and refreshing.

At about 18.5% ABV, its texture is pleasantly round and a bit weighty without feeling heavy, making it delicious over ice on its own or lifted with tonic or sparkling wine. Unlike big, syrupy sweet vermouths, this pour leans into balance and drinkability, with botanical complexity that plays well in classic cocktails or as a vibrant aperitif.
