Sourced from 29-year-old organic vines rooted in clay and ancient river rocks, this Sangiovese and Colorino blend is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in concrete vats rather than heavy oak, keeping the fruit remarkably pure and vibrant. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it pours with an open-knit, midweight charm, bursting with fragrant notes of crushed flowers, sweet red cherry, soft tobacco, mint, and cedar.
