Crafted with a California-centric mindset, the base features a 2023 Paso Robles Chardonnay blended with grape spirits that infused for seven months with decadent Purple Cherokee Heirlooms and bright Early Girl tomatoes.

To take it to the next level, Veso layered in young, aromatic tomato leaves from Sonoma for a fresh, herbal lift, followed by a touch of kombu seaweed for a serious hit of umami and a hint of red beet for deep, earthy complexity.
