Josef “Pepi” Umathum crafts this elegant red from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Burgenland. A relative of Pinot Noir, St. Laurent shows fragrant notes of dark cherry, violet, and spice with earthy undertones. Silky tannins, bright acidity, and gentle oak aging create a graceful, medium-bodied wine that balances freshness with depth—perfect with roast poultry, mushrooms, or alpine cheeses.
