Tximista Rojo Vermouth
Tximista Rojo Vermouth is aged for several month in old French oak barrels before being blended with txakoli wine. It includes more than 80 aromatic herbs local to Basque Country. On the noes are complex notes of grapefruit, raspberry and spice, with a finish of toast, vanilla and caramel. On the palate, burnt orange peel and dried flowers balances the sweetness, with the txakoli wine bringing everything together with bright acidity and minerality. Its clean texture makes it perfect for a Negroni or Manhattan!
