Ruge Primario Prosecco Sparkling NV is an organically farmed Extra Dry sparkling wine produced by Azienda Agricola Ruge. Made from 100% hand-harvested Glera grown on mixed soils of moraine, sandstone, and clay over marine sandstone, the nose is fresh and delicate: white peach, green apple, acacia blossom, and a hint of almonds. The palate is light and clean, with soft residual sweetness, lively citrus acidity, and a mineral note from the sandstone and clay soils. Pairs beautifully with steamed veggies, shellfish, and cured meat.
