Les Mémoires, being from vines planted on clay-limestone in 1904, is fragrant, refined and elegant. It is rich in concentration within a delicate package. It is youthful and bright, with fruit aromas of raspberries and blood orange. A few florals dance on the nose as well with a bit of black olive and even a whiff of wood smoke.
