Sparkling wine made from a blend of Chardonnay & Colombard grapes grown in light, stony clay and limestone in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Aged 12 months. Liberated from alcohol. Notes of crisp green apple, lemon peel, lime, honey and almond.
