Tantaka Blanco is a highly acclaimed, still white wine from Spain's Basque Country , crafted in Arrastaria Valley. It is a fine and delicate white with good concentration and a lovely salinity, offering precision and tension, some spicy notes and a hint a mint. Crisp and vibrant on the palate, notes of granny smith apple and bright citrus fruit shine through. Perfectly paired with seafood, especially shellfish!
