This sparkling white is made from 100% Macabeu sourced from historic, bush-trained old vines, with some being planted around 1936. It is made from the ancestral method, making it unfined and unfiltered. It is fresh and crisp with stone fruit notes, bright citrus like lemon and orange, distinct mineral salinity and earthy undertones. Pair with oysters, grilled shrimp or Spanish Tapas!
