Sistine Spritz

Sistine was born out of a pure, uncompromising obsession with the iconic Italian spritz. Longtime friends and spritz devotees Lauren Alexander and Kate McLamb were tired of the overly sweet, artificially dyed, and poorly balanced versions so often served state-side. Wanting to capture the effortless elegance and nuance of a seaside Mediterranean aperitivo, they set out to reinvent the classic cocktail using a distinctly Golden State lens. Launched in 2024, Sistine pairs premium California wine with a thoughtful, low-sugar approach to blending; delivering a sophisticated, crisp, and beautifully balanced spritz crafted for mindful sipping and sun-drenched afternoons.

Organic Chardonnay, distilled water, organic grape alcohol, organic cane sugar, lime juice, yuzu juice, orange peel, artichoke flower and leaf, lemon balm, cardamom, and Ibizan salt.
