Crafted in Oaxaca with time-honored methods, Salvadores Espadín Joven is an artisanal mezcal that highlights the character of agave and terroir. Maguey Espadín is slow-roasted in underground pit ovens, tahona-crushed, naturally fermented with native yeasts, and double-distilled in copper stills.

On the nose, it opens with fresh citrus, roasted agave, and a delicate smokiness lifted by herbal undertones. The palate is smooth and expressive, showing layers of green apple, lime zest, and subtle minerality balanced with earthy depth and soft woodsmoke.
