To bring this spirit to life, Rhine Hall partnered with expert distillers in Mexico who share their dedication to crafting exceptional Eau de Vie. Using whole, perfectly ripened yellow guavas—mashed into a fragrant purée—the fruit undergoes fermentation before being distilled in a stainless steel alembic still traditionally used for Mezcal. The result is a refined, aromatic spirit with notes of cane sugar, toasted coconut, and dried pineapple on the nose, followed by hints of molasses, cantaloupe, and vanilla on the palate.
