Chichibu's 2025 US Edition focuses on beer cask maturation. Lightly peated, aged 5–9 years in 16 barrels including ex-bourbon, ex-IPA, and ex-imperial stout. Candied orange, dried pineapple, vanilla pastry cream, and hoppy bitterness. The label features Mark Twain enjoying a dram.

Only 1,556 bottles produced.
