Puntiagudo Nazarion Salas Pulquero

A wild, soulful expression from master mezcalero Nazarion Salas Garcia, this mezcal is made from 100% Agave Pulquero — a variety traditionally prized for making pulque but rarely distilled. Harvested from the rugged hillsides of Santa Catarina Minas, this spirit is produced using classic ancestral methods: hand-harvested agaves roasted in an earthen pit, milled by hand, fermented in open-air vats, and distilled in clay pots.

Expect a beautifully rustic, earthy character with notes of fresh rain on dry earth, overripe tropical fruit, white pepper, and a whisper of clay. The texture is silken, with a bright, slightly lactic acidity that nods to Pulquero’s pulque origins.
