Pulpe Fiction Muscadet

Pulpe Fiction Muscadet

Pulpe Fiction Muscadet opens with a rush of freshness and energy, delivering crisp orchard fruit layered with a subtle, seaside salinity that evokes oyster shell and sea breeze. Notes of green apple and citrus zest glide into a clean, vibrant finish marked by bright acidity. It’s lively, refreshing, and unmistakably built for celebration.

The project was born from a search for a Muscadet that truly reflected natural winemaking values. To make it happen, the Pulpe Fiction team joined forces with respected growers Nicolas Réau, Lise, and Bertrand Jousset, whose commitment to thoughtful farming and minimal-intervention cellar work shaped the wine from the start.

Their search led them to Antoine and Philippe Delaunay in Vertou, near Nantes, organic growers since 2011 with a strong focus on biodiversity across their 25 hectares of Melon de Bourgogne. Parcels rooted in decomposed granite were selected for their ability to produce a precise, mineral-driven expression of Muscadet. From vineyard decisions to harvest timing and vinification, Réau and Jousset remained closely involved, ensuring the finished wine stayed true to its natural, terroir-focused vision.
