Crafted in the mountainous high-altitude vineyards of Faedo in Trentino, Pojer e Sandri’s 2025 Pinot Nero is a brilliantly vibrant expression of alpine natural winemaking. Sourced from three distinct steep plots ranging up to 700 meters in elevation, the vines thrive in complex soils of sandstone, limestone, and dolomite, swept daily by cool alpine winds off Lake Garda. Beautifully garnet in the glass, this 100% Pinot Noir opens with an irresistible bouquet of wild berries, fresh raspberries, and ripe garden strawberries. The palate balances generous, classic fruit flavors with crisp, bright acidity and just the right touch of grounding earthiness.
