ODE Bright Lemon Aperitif

The ODE Bright Lemon is a wine-based aperitif made with Nico Espenschied's Riesling Sourced from his vineyards in the Rheinhessen region of Germany, infused with a variety of citrus and botanicals. Full aromas of seven different lemon varieties like Amalfi, Cedro or Bergamot give Bright Lemon its unique variety of citrus notes and bright yellow color. The intense aromas and sweetness of ripe apricot and juicy peach are offset by invigorating bitter notes. Expect an herbal, Mediterranean Sea salt finish with the scent of rosemary on the nose. It’s crisp and acidic with a nice depth from the young Riesling. Enjoy in a spritz if you’ve grown bored of Aperol and have a desire to shake things up!
