Migo Mapache Espadin Coffee Amaro

In 2017, they began experimenting with ways to bring the rich, layered flavors of Oaxaca into a new type of drink. They found that the bitterness of coffee, the acidity of orange peel, and the warmth of cinnamon and other flavors blended beautifully with smoky Espadín mezcal. What started as a kitchen curiosity became a spirit they couldn’t stop sharing. After years of flavor refining and testing, our creation was finally ready to travel - and in 2025, it made its way beyond Mexico for the first time. Every bottle carries that same sense of discovery, a blend of old-world technique and new-world play; it’s traditional yet unexpected, bold yet balanced. A taste of Oaxacan flavors - and a toast to what happens when craft and creativity meet.
